Local pickup is available by appointment only, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Please schedule your pickup within this timeframe.
All items must be picked up within two (2) weeks of payment. Orders not collected within this period will be considered donated back to Goodwill Houston, and no refund will be issued.
All pickup orders require a signature at the time of release. By signing for the order, the buyer acknowledges receipt of the item(s) and accepts them AS-IS. Once signed for, any condition-related complaints or disputes are waived.
